3rd General Meeting of the Asia-Oceania VLBI Group for Geodesy and Astrometry
The 3rd Genaral Meeting of the Asia-Oceania VLBI Group for Geodesy and Astrometry (AOV) was hosted by Geoscience Australia and held in Canberra, Australia, from 9-10 November 2018.
The purpose of this AOV Meeting was to discuss current and future topics of the AOV, organise common sessions and foster collaborations. The meeting was open to not only AOV components but also IVS members, space geodetic experts and everyone else interested.

Fri 9 November, 9:30-17:00: Conference Day-1 at a conference room in the building of Geoscience Australia.
Fri 9 November, 19:00-22:00: Informal Dinner near the venue.
Sat 10 November, 9:30-16:00: Conference Day-2 at a conference room in the building of Geoscience Australia.
Registration
Everyone who plans to attend the meeting must register.
The registration will be complete when you fill in the form and submit it to LOC (aov-loc@list.utas.edu.au) by email. The registration form includes participant's information, confirmation of dinner and so on.

How to Access the Venue
Taxi is the easist way to the venue from airport. It will take about 10 minutes and cost about 20 dollars.
Public bus service is another option. Bus stop is in front of GA and there is a routine line between GA and City center. For more details, please see the website.

Conference Dinner
In the evening of the first day of the meeting, November 9th, we are going to hold an informal conference dinner.
Transportation info to Krabi, Thailand
The 7th International VLBI Technical Workshop is going to be held in Krabi, Thailand in the following week of AOV meeting. People who plan to participate in the workshop should arrange their own flights from Canberra to Krabi referring to expamples below.
